Аннотация: The scientific work aims to determine which rights are provided for forcibly resettled persons in Ukraine and other European countries, identifying common and distinctive features. This study uses various research methods to assess the situation of internally displaced persons in Ukraine, including their legal status, regional distribution, and rights under special conditions. It also investigates Ukrainian forced migrants’ main destinations, living conditions, rights to education and employment, and Ukrainian and host countries’ social policies on financial aid and housing.

Аннотация: The article deals with certain problems of legal regulation of electronic administrative judicial procedure in the context of the realization of the right to judicial protection. The methodological basis of a scientific article is a set of philosophical, general and special scientific methods. It is indicated that electronic administrative judicial procedure should be attributed to the components of electronic governance. It has been established that the right to appeal to an administrative court and ways to protect violated rights cannot be limited when submitting and considering electronic documents, since the lack of such an opportunity leads to a violation of fundamental human rights, court practice in this matter is given. It has been established that it is the application of a specific method of protecting participants in public law relations of a violated or denied right that is the result of the activity and effectiveness of the legal mechanism for protecting rights when using information and communication technologies in administrative courts. Revealed that these rights protection mechanisms should be applied on the basis of the rule of law, accessibility and transparency, impartiality and independence, including the principles of oral hearing and equality of arms. The analysis of the concepts "electronic justice", "electronic court" in the scientific literature, national and international legal documents is carried out. The essence of "electronic administrative judicial procedure", its elements, stages of implementation in practice are disclosed. Separate directions for improving the legal regulation of electronic administrative judicial procedure regarding the implementation of the right to judicial protection are proposed.

Аннотация: According to scientists, military-applied sports uniquely embody the fundamental principle of combat training, aiming to instill in servicemen the essential skills required in warfare – a facet not replicated in other forms of physical training. Through training and competitive engagement in military-applied sports (MAS), servicemen not only acquire combat techniques and enhance physical attributes pertinent to military duties but also cultivate moral and volitional qualities such as courage, determination, self-confidence, initiative, and resourcefulness. Purpose: to determine and compare cardiorespiratory parameters of the cadets engaged in military-applied sports and those participating in the current program of sports and general physical fitness, both at rest and under the influence of physical loads. Material and Methods: Objects: 81 healthy cadets of a military educational institution. Two groups of cadets were formed: Control Group (CG1; n=41) consisting of those engaged in military-applied sports (military pentathlon) and Control Group (CG2; n=40) consists of cadets who are trained under the current general physical training program. The cadets of both groups practiced 2 times for 1 hour on weekdays, and 3 hours on weekends and holidays. The age and length of military service of cadets in both groups did not differ significantly (p>0.05). All participants of our study gave their informed consent to participate in the experiment. Research was conducted and performed in accordance with the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki. adaptation.

Аннотация: The research relevance is stipulated by the negative dynamics of the increase in the number of iatrogenic offences in Ukraine and the need to update the criminalistic support tools to effectively counteract these types of acts. Given this, the study aims to explore the prospects for developing an information system for recording cases of defects in the provision of medical care in Ukraine to promptly detect and investigate criminal offences in the field of medical practice. Various research methods were used, including analysis, synthesis, comparison, structural and functional, statistical, formal, and legal, and deduction. The study identifies the factors that necessitate the development of an information system for registering and studying cases of inadequate medical care to patients. In addition, the author examines the experience of Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, France, and other European countries in ensuring the operation of mechanisms for recording and reporting on adverse effects caused by defects in the provision of medical care. The advantages of information systems in the context of combating iatrogenic criminal offences are also revealed and proposals for the implementation of such mechanisms in Ukraine are developed. The study pays special attention to establishing the essence of iatrogenic criminal offences and identifying their specific features which create difficulties for the investigation of criminal offences in the field of medical activity since they are latent. The results obtained in the course of the study should be used to improve the competence of criminal justice officials whose activities are aimed at conducting pre-trial investigations of iatrogenic criminal offences through the use of innovative criminalistic tools.

Аннотация: Objective: Aim: The research is aimed to study certain aspects and experience of functioning of the Ukrainian Public Healthcare public management mechanisms during an outbreak of the acute respiratory disease COVID19. Patients and methods: Materials and Methods: The studied materials include personal observations and accumulated practical material, as well as generalization of the collected data and their empirical treatment, conducted by the scientists, according to the present legislation requirements. The study was held using general scientific methods, including observation, description of results, specification and statistical data generalization. Conclusion: Conclusions: Generalization, arrangement and analysis of the Ukrainian experience of the Public Healthcare public management during the outbreak of the acute respiratory disease COVID19, provides exchange of experience between all subjects of the process. This helps to produce certain practical decisions, aimed at effective responding of the state healthcare system onto management of the COVID19 outbreak. Such activities are also directed at detection of flaws in the whole system, with their subsequent correction, and elimination or neutralization of possible negative outcomes. To adopt the priority activity directions within public relations, which make the subject of the study, the authors have studied a complex of activities against spread of the COVID19 in 2019-2020. These activities include issues, related to prompt responding onto the infection spread and approving quick professional decisions; fulfilling epidemiological supervision and introducing anti-epidemic activities; providing diagnostics, and accessibility of the safe and high-quality vaccine.

Аннотация: Digitalization of all life spheres is the reality of modern world development. The global digitization creates a powerful information environment. Its navigation requires serious tools for structuring, systematizing and processing information. Digital processes, as the most progressive, are in constant development. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is gaining popularity. The latest product that has created a lot of discussion is OiatGPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) from OpenAI, which is an artificial intelligence chatbot that demonstrates the ability of digital devices to perform the tasks inherent to intelligent beings. The paper shows some issues of using ChatGPT for making a new course of Law English, a curriculum, a syllabus at the tertiary level removing concerns related to its application and utilization. The purpose of the manuscript is to describe a real case of working out a professional English course for university students applying ChatGPT. The methods of analysis, synthesis, case study, expert assessment were used. The results are as follows: a new course for Law English training, a curriculum, a syllabus and a textbook using content created by ChatGPT were readied. The conclusion is that, nowadays, everything can be taught by a teacher partly with an AI. ChatGPT can be used for a wide variety of educational purposes, including providing information, generating necessary texts, tasks, tests, and answering many questions. Most of the mentioned ChatGPT services are important educational elements in language teaching and learning, they can be used for professional English course development.
